It was such a privilege to work with the brilliant Newman & Eastwood, as well as the in house team at Bloomsbury, to create the cover and interior illustrations for the 40th anniversary edition of Madhur Jaffrey’s Indian Cookery, published by Bloomsbury. Hand-drawn recipe studies bring warmth and vibrancy to this celebrated classic, capturing the ingredients and flavours at the heart of Jaffrey’s recipes.
